Lil’ about Little Lina
Hi! Thank you for stopping by my little corner of this world.
You can call me Lina, and I’m an artist and designer who’s lovely little studio is set in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Two years ago I left a hectic life and moved to a house on 24 acres of land and since then, my life has done a 360 degree turn. Now I live here, in this peaceful little valley, with my furry friends, many rescued or saved and given a new home. I’m still renovating this wooden cabin, I’m working to add that lovely cottage/farm feel, and this takes much blood, sweat and tears as I am sure you know. My mission is to renovate this house so that I can paint my days away in a home full of life and love.
And through this blog, I hope to share my life and it’s sweet and sour moments with you through photos of anything from the latest rummage treasures, to my cheeky animals, to new art and crafts.
Enjoy!

As of January 2009 I started Dawn Dolls as a personal project. I hand-make dolls inspired by my dear friend Dawn Letsche, who lost her battle with Cystic Fibrosis, and I am selling them as soft sculptured dolls on etsy at http://dawndolls.etsy.com to raise money to donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 50% of the purchase price (excluding the cost for materials) will be donated in Dawn Letsche’s name. You can follow the story of the dolls at http://dawndolls.blogspot.com.
As of November 2009 I started doing a live streaming show, so check by and watch me being totally silly Watch here.
